Welcome to Shoreditch Park Surgery Online

surgeryWe hope to use our surgery website as a way of presenting all our patients with an up to date resource for all information relating to our practice. We will keep it current with any news, developments and details that are relevant to the practice and our patients.

As well as a source of information about our practice, the staff and the services we provide, we hope you use the website as a useful resource with links to other reliable websites for health related information. If there is topical health information we will also add this to the website.

Have a look around our website and please do send us some feedback. We can use your thoughts to improve our online services and further develop the website to make it a more useful, practical application for our patients

 YELLOW FEVER VACCINATIONS

Please note there is a national shortage of Yellow Fever Vaccination and we currently do not have any. This will be until further notice and we will keep you updated. Many thanks

Friends and Family Test

The Department of Health has been using the Friends and Family test in Hospitals as a satisfaction measure for some time. This year General Practices have been asked to collect and publish information from their own patients for the first time. Please click on the "take our patient survey" button below to complete this short survey.

Patient Access

We have recently  introduced the patient access system. Using Patient Access, you can view, book and cancel appointments from home, work or on the move - wherever you can connect to the internet. What's more, because Patient Access is a 24 hour online service - you can do this in your own time, day or night. Please ask at reception how to register and for your individual pin code.
