We are a Safe Surgery for everyone in our practice area.
Everyone living in England has the right to free care from a GP
We won’t ask for ID or proof of address when you register with us. If you are worried about giving us your address, please let us know. Your information is safe with us.
We won’t ask you about your immigration status. We won’t share your information with the Home Office unless serious crime is involved.
Let us know if you find it difficult to communicate in English and we will provide an interpreter.
Live within our boundary area?
We welcome new patients to the surgery who reside within the catchment area.
You can check if you are within our catchment area by entering your postcode below.
Please note we can only register patients living within our catchment area.
New Patient Registration
If you want to become a new patient, you have two options. You can either fill out a form online by clicking on this link. If you're registering a child who is 5 years old or younger, use this link instead. If you can't use the online form, you can pick up a paper copy of the registration form from reception.
We're now required by a medical contract to let all our patients know who their main doctor is. This is usually the one you first registered with, but you can choose to see any doctor.
Named GP
We are now required under the General Medical Services contract to inform all of our patients who their named, accountable GP is. This is usually your registered GP, although you can request to see any doctor in the surgery.
